Granny West Pecan Pie

Ingredients

1 c. Karo Syrup

3 eggs well beaten

1 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 TBS melted butter

1 1/2 c. pecans chopped

1 - 9 inch pie shell

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in bowl (except for pieshell) using a wooden spoon.
• Pour into unbaked pie shell.
• Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 for about an hour +/- (It''s done when center springs back when touched).
• Cool before serving
